Rotation type napping machine
The invention discloses a rotation type napping machine which comprises a moving bracket and a napping mechanism arranged on the moving bracket, wherein the napping mechanism comprises a moving support plate, a motor, cutters and a disc; the moving support plate is connected with the moving bracket through lifting cylinders; the motor is mounted above the moving support plate; the output shaft of the motor is connected with a connecting shaft through a coupling; the disc is fixed at the lower part of a connecting shaft; a plurality of cutters in different terrain clearances are mounted at the bottom of the disc. By adopting the rotation type napping machine, the impact of a conventional napping machine to a pavement is avoided, the damage to a pavement structure caused by acoustic wave conduction from mechanical oscillation generated when the pavement is impacted by using a conventional napping method is avoided, and the hidden engineering danger is avoided. Moreover, the surface roughness can be greatly improved, old and new concrete or concrete and an additional surface pavement structure of the concrete can be tightly combined together to form an integrated body, relevant engineering requirements are met, and the working efficiency is high.
