The invention provides a safe traffic partition fence, which comprises vertical handrails in equal-distance arrangement along a road, wherein the upper and lower sides of the vertical handrails are transversely connected through an upper base and a lower base which respectively extend along the road, the outer surfaces of the vertical handrails are mirror surfaces, in addition, the outer peripheral line of the cross section of each vertical handrail is a peripheral closed sawtooth line, the sawtooth opening on each sawtooth line is in a shape of a right angle, and in addition, the sawtooth openings are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction. The traffic partition fence has the advantages that the phenomenon of free use of high beam lamps can be effectively inhibited, and the traffic safety is improved.
