The invention provides an unearthed ramp structure and a construction method thereof. The unearthed ramp structure comprises a foundation pit, a slope unearthed ramp and a slope-free unearthed ramp, wherein one end of the slope unearthed ramp is connected with a foundation pit outlet, and one end of the slope-free unearthed ramp is connected with the slope unearthed ramp. The other end of the slope-free unearthed ramp is connected with a transporting road, three supporting beams for foundation pit supporting are arranged on the outer side of the slope-free unearthed ramp, steel plate piles and a plurality of steel pipe embracing beams symmetrically adhere two outer side walls of the unearthed ramp, one end of each steel pipe embracing beam is fixed on the supporting beam, and the other end of the steel pipe embracing beam abuts against the steel plate pile. Through the ramp arrangement in a slope-free mode, the influence on supporting beam construction caused by the step-slope range of the two sides of the ramp is reduced, penetration construction of the supporting beams and the ramp is avoided, the construction consistency is guaranteed, the construction speed is accelerated, and the risk caused by long-term exposure of the foundation pit is also reduced.
