A post-pouring hole is formed in the position, corresponding to a pile foundation, of the bridge prefabricated bearing platform, and a shear-resisting groove is formed in the side wall of the post-pouring hole; a reserved groove is formed in a soleplate of the bridge prefabricated bearing platform, a water stop capsule is embedded in the groove, and a dry operating environment can be formed in the post-pouring hole after the water is stopped in a pressurizing manner; a main rib is arranged in the post-pouring hole, when the bridge prefabricated bearing platform is fixedly connected with the pile foundation in a welding manner, the main rib is lengthened, a constructed reinforcing bar is bond, and the concrete is poured, so that the bridge prefabricated bearing platform is effectively connected with the pile foundation. The bridge prefabricated bearing platform is rapidly constructed in an ocean environment in a bed embedding method, the bearing platform structure with a large water stop area can be embedded into the sea bed so as to reduce the water resistance rate, and main stress structures are prefabricated on the shore, so that the construction quality is guaranteed, the offshore cofferdam is avoided, the construction expense is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and the construction safety is guaranteed.
