The invention relates to water-saving irrigation ecological geotechnical cloth which mainly comprises geotechnical cloth and hoses, wherein the hoses are covered in the geotechnical cloth and a plurality of micro-seeping holes are formed in the surfaces of the hoses. The water-saving irrigation ecological geotechnical cloth has dual functions of filtering through the geotechnical cloth and collecting surface water through the hoses with the micro-seeping holes; the collection and drop irrigation for surface water, subsurface filtration and manual irrigation water in agricultural irrigation engineering are realized; the water-saving irrigation ecological geotechnical cloth has the advantages of simple structure, small evaporation loss, no surface runoff, barely no deep leakage, convenience in use and good water-saving property and belongs to a water-saving irrigation mode.
