The invention discloses a pipeline dredging vehicle. The pipeline dredging vehicle comprises a single-section double-wheel carriage and a hydraulic system which is connected with a starting system; the starting system is arranged inside the carriage; the hydraulic system is connected with a winch through a linkage system. The pipeline dredging vehicle is characterized in that the linkage system comprises a linkage shaft; a first gear set and a second gear set are respectively arranged on the linkage shaft; the first gear set and the second gear set are respectively provided with a gear set controller; the first gear set is connected with a first winch; the second gear set is connected with a second winch; steel wire haulage cables are arranged on the first winch and the second winch; the steel wire haulage cable which is arranged on the first winch penetrates a pipeline to be connected with one end of a sludge scrapping plate; the steel wire haulage cable which is arranged on the second winch is connected with the other end of the sludge scrapping plate. The pipeline dredging vehicle has the advantages of being simple in structure, compact in vehicle body, convenient to operate and high in dredging efficiency, timely and effectively achieving municipal drainage pipeline dredging work and saving a large amount of construction labor.
