The invention discloses an all-prefabricated rapid assembly type light-steel-keel load-bearing composite wall comprising square steel tube columns, an upper guide rail, a lower guide rail and wall units. The guide rails are U-shaped light-steel guide rails with flanges and webs, and the wall units are slidably arranged in a frame formed by the square steel tube columns at two ends and the upper and lower U-shaped light-steel guide rails in a filling manner. The wall units are prefabricated load-bearing members, each wall unit is composed of a pair of wall panels and a light gage steel joist stud and a heat insulation filling material clamped between the wall panels, parallel sliding grooves are formed between the inner sides of the wall panels at the top end and the bottom end and the heat insulation filling material as well as between the inner sides of the wall panels and light gage steel joist stud, and the parallel sliding grooves are in slide fit with the upper and lower guide rails; the flanges of the upper and lower guide rails are connected with the light gage steel joist studs in the wall units through bolts, and the guide rails are connected with the square steel tube columns through screws. The all-prefabricated rapid assembly type light-steel-keel load-bearing composite wall is few in variety of built-up members, lightweight, steel-saving, capable of realizing heat and sound insulation and applicable to low and multi-story building load-bearing wall systems, wet construction and the welding process on a construction site are omitted, large hoisting equipment is omitted, and quick all-prefabricated assembly construction can be achieved.
