The invention discloses a hollow brick which comprises two symmetrically-arranged brick bodies, wherein groove bodies are formed in the centers of the brick bodies; three-ply boards are arranged in the groove bodies; and the three-ply boards are in wood fiber structures so as to have high toughness. A building constructed by adopting the hollow bricks is less in possibility of brittle fracture, higher in toughness and firmer in structure.
