Rigidly-connected and high-strength die plate supporting system
The invention provides a rigidly-connected and high-strength die plate supporting system. The system comprises a plurality of vertical rods (1) and a plurality of transverse rods (2); a reinforcing sleeve (12) is fixedly connected to connecting joints of the vertical rods (1) and the transverse rods (2); a fixed connecting plate (14) is fixedly connected to one end of the reinforcing sleeve (12); through fixed inserting openings (16) are upwards formed in four sides of the fixed connecting plate (14) in different directions; a movable connecting plate (13) which can move up and down is arranged on the sleeve (12); through movable inserting openings (17) are upwards formed in the four sides of the fixed connecting plate (14) in different directions; the fixed inserting openings (16) and the movable inserting openings (17) are pairwise corresponding to each other; bidirectional inserting heads (21) are respectively arranged at two ends of the transverse rods (2); two ends of each bidirectional inserting head (21) are thin, and while the middle of each bidirectional inserting head (21) is thick. The system has the advantages of being safe, reliable, and convenient to arrange.
