Method for mounting end beam of nuclear island of nuclear power plant
The invention relates to a mounting method of a nuclear island of a nuclear power plant, aims to solve the problems of high probability of rollover and low mounting accuracy in the existing technology, and provides a method for mounting an end beam of the nuclear island of the nuclear power plant. The method comprises the following steps: firstly determining a mounting position of the end beam; arranging at least two fixing rings on the inner wall of a nuclear island barrel corresponding to the mounting position or arranging at least two fixing brackets on the top of a civil construction layer on the outer side of the nuclear island barrel corresponding to the mounting position; arranging a locking structure on the end beam at the position corresponding to the positions of the fixing rings or the fixing brackets and then lifting the end beam by using a lifting device; after the end beam is lifted in place, connecting the locking structure and the fixing rings or the fixing brackets by using rigid connection or flexible connection, and arranging a middle supporting device between the end beam and the inner wall of the nuclear island barrel by using flexible connection; fixing the end beam on an annular track beam through the flexible connection, adjusting the position of the end beam, and then unloading the lifting device. Thus, the end beam does not roll over, the adjustment is facilitated, and the mounting accuracy is improved.
