According to the shower room mounting and adjusting mechanism, the side rod cover and the column rod cover are matched with the locking piece in a sliding connecting manner to form an upper cover capable of adjusting the sleeving depth of the side rod and the column rod, so that the sleeving depth of the side rod and the column rod can be adjusted for multiple times conveniently in the process of mounting a shower room, and self-tapping screws are prevented from being mounted in the side surfaces of the side rod and the column rod.
