The invention provides an E-bike parking shed with a solar charging function. The E-bike parking shed comprising a shed body is characterized in that two supports are disposed at the top end of the shed body, the upper end of each support is provided with a bearing, a rotor drum is disposed between the bearings, the inner wall of the rotor drum is provided with meshing teeth, one side of a rotary bracket is provided with a driving device, the driving device is connected with the rotor drum and can drive the rotor drum to rotate, two support plates which are symmetrical are disposed at the upper end of the rotor drum, and a solar panel is disposed between the support plates. The supports and the support plates support the solar panel; under driving of a driving motor and a gear, tilt of the solar panel can be adjusted, allowing the solar panel to conveniently adapt to solar irradiations of different times and solar charging to be maximally utilized.
