The invention discloses an anti-theft device of a lock handle. The anti-theft device comprises an inside door handle, an unlocking mechanism and a clutch mechanism, wherein the inside door handle is used for driving by hands and is rotatably arranged on a door body; the unlocking mechanism is driven by the inside door handle and is used for unlocking a lock body; two ends of the clutch mechanism are respectively in transmission connection with the inside door handle and the unlocking mechanism; the clutch mechanism can be operated inside the door. When the anti-theft device adopting the structure is used for unlocking, the clutch mechanism is operated to connect the unlocking mechanism with the inside door handle, then the handle is turned to unlock; a lawbreaker can be prevented from unlocking by hooking the handle through a cat eye after damaging the cat eye; the lawbreakers can unlock through operating the clutch mechanism to connect the unlocking mechanism with the inside door handle, but the clutch mechanism is difficult to operate outdoors, the difficulty of unlocking through the cat eye is greatly increased, and the anti-theft performance of the door lock is improved.
