The invention discloses an electronic lock clutching device multiplexing a mechanical lock cylinder hole. The device comprises a lock cylinder mechanism, a clutching mechanism, a forced-screwing preventing mechanism, a linkage mechanism and a driving mechanism, wherein the lock cylinder mechanism is composed of a lock cylinder rotor, a lock cylinder bracket, a lock cylinder rotor clamping spring and a lock cylinder shifting block; the clutching mechanism comprises a clutching rotor sleeve, a clutching pin, a sleeve fixing part, a clutching rotor, an external limiting ring, a limiting ring clamping spring and an inner limiting ring; the forced-screwing preventing mechanism comprises a compressing nut, a compressing stud, an external compressing steel sheet, an elastic component, a compressing gear column and an inner compressing steel sheet; the linkage mechanism comprises an external handle, an external handle linkage rotating shaft, a lock cylinder rotor linkage rotating shaft, an internal handle, a telescopic spring, an internal handle rotor fixing stud and an internal handle linkage rotating shaft; the driving mechanism can be a motor or an electromagnet or the combination of the motor and the electromagnet. With the adoption of the device, the original mechanical lock body can be multiplexed, and the safe electronic clutching can be achieved through the lock cylinder hole of the original mechanical lock body.
