The invention discloses an anti-theft mechanical interlock lock-up lock. A rear lock cylinder and a front lock cylinder of the lock are completely separated; a sliding hole, a special key hole and an invisible hole are formed in the front lock cylinder; a connection body is mounted in the invisible hole and is separated from the rear lock cylinder; a lock-up hole and a connection hole are formed in the rear lock cylinder; a connection tongue at the rear end of the rear lock cylinder penetrates through a via hole so as to be connected with a linkage mechanism and then is connected with a lock catch; a lock-up head for locking up a spring is arranged in a lock-up bearing hole; the lock-up head and a pressing column are mounted in the lock-up hole; a sliding rod on the front surface of the pressing column is mounted in the sliding hole; the expansion end of an expansion sheet extends into a lock-up slot to lock the front lock cylinder; a connection lock-up device locks the front lock cylinder. Electromechanical interlock hiding, mechanical interlock hiding and connection hiding of the front lock cylinder are integrated, so that a thief cannot open an interlock device and rotate the rear lock cylinder and can only rotate the front lock cylinder instead of rotating the rear lock cylinder even if the interlock part and the self-lock part are damaged by savage measures; therefore, a complete and thorough anti-theft effect is achieved.
