The invention provides a trunk lid plate locking mechanism and a vehicle. The trunk lid plate locking mechanism comprises a trunk lid plate, a rear door sill body and a fastener device which is arranged on the trunk lid plate; the fastener device comprises a fastener and a locking hook which can be in pivot joint with the trunk lid plate; the fastener is exposed onto the outer surface of the trunk lid plate and can pivot to be in contact with the locking hook; the locking hook can be in joint with a locking portion and can pivot to be separated from the locking portion through the pressing of the fastener, wherein the locking portion is arranged on the rear door sill body. According to the trunk lid plate locking mechanism, a fastener body pivots to unlock the locking hook to drive the locking hook to rotate and accordingly the locking between the trunk lid plate and the rear door sill body can be convenient to remove and the hidden arrangement of the trunk lid plate locking mechanism can be implemented through the fastener and accordingly the attractiveness of vehicle interiors is maintained.
