The invention discloses a controlled silencing door stopper. The controlled silencing door stopper comprises a suction head and a suction seat, wherein the top of the suction head is rectangular and is installed in an empty groove in the front end of the suction head, and the rear end of the top is connected by a spring; the suction seat is provided with a suction cavity matched with the suction head with the rectangular top; a suction plate controlled through a rotary rod is arranged in the suction cavity; the rectangular top of the suction head and the suction plate are both made from magnets; the rotary rod adjusts the magnetic poles of the rectangular top of the suction head and the suction plate by controlling the suction plate to rotate, thus realizing suction and separation; due to the scheme disclosed by the invention, a noise reduction role can be achieved, and a room door is opened and closed in a convenient and labor saving effect.
