A hinge for recessed installation between a door frame and a door panel has two housings 1,1' adapted for fixing a hinge device2 of a door hinge in the door frame and an edge of the door panel, the door hinge comprising a flexible electric connection piece. According to the invention, the connection piece is provided with two electric contact pieces 8, 8' at two end portions; the contact pieces are in mutual connection through multi-core cables, and are fixed to matched housings.
