The invention relates to a temperature detection system and a detection alarming method based on a combined well lid. The temperature detection system comprises a well lid seat ring, wherein the upper part of the well lid seat ring is provided with an outer lid which is used for sealing the well lid seat ring; an inner lid is also arranged in the well lid seat ring; an opening is formed in the inner lid; a waterproof mounting box is embedded into the opening; a circuit board is arranged in the waterproof mounting box, and is provided with an MCU (microprogrammed control unit), a temperature sensor, a power supply source and a communication circuit; the temperature sensor, the power supply source and the communication circuit are connected with the MCU; the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of a cable in a well; the power supply source is used for providing power supply for the circuit board; the communication circuit is used for communicating with a well lid monitoring server, and comprises an antenna. According to the method disclosed by the invention, the temperature of the cable in the well is collected through the temperature detection system in real time, thus the security of the cable in the well is guaranteed.
