The invention relates to a large urban transportation tool, in particular to an interchange type bus for transferring vehicles and people. The technical scheme includes that the interchange type bus comprises an interchange moving transfer device, and is characterized by further comprising ramp carriages, a road shovel carriage and an interchange carriage which are communicated with one another and connected through hanging pins. The interchange moving transfer device is arranged below the carriages, the ramp carriages are arranged in the front and the rear of the interchange type bus respectively, each ramp carriage is provided with a roof ramp extending to a pavement, roofs of the road shovel carriage and the interchange carriage are flattened bridge floors and provided with guardrails, and a cab is further arranged at a position, close to one inner side, of each of the front and rear ramp carriages. The interchange type bus has the advantages that the large-scale bus is used for holding the vehicles and the people at the same time at crossroads, so that traffic jam caused by traffic signals is reduced, and urban traffic operating efficiency is improved.
