Method for manufacturing controllable low-strength material from carbide slag, steel slag and coal gangue
The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a controllable low-strength material from carbide slag, steel slag and coal gangue. The method comprises the following steps: respectively milling carbide slag, steel slag and coal gangue, passing through a 50-mesh screen, taking the carbide slag, steel slag and coal gangue according to the mass ratio of (3-9):(1-7):(1-3), adding 0-16% of calcium chloride, evenly mixing, calcining at 1000-1200 DEG C for 2-5 hours, cooling, milling, and passing through a 50-mesh screen, thereby obtaining the controllable low-strength material. After the controllable low-strength material and water are measured and evenly mixed, the compression strength can reach 0.3-2.4 MPa. The controllable low-strength material can be used instead of the traditional cement-base low-strength backfilling material for backfilling of various municipal common pipe canals (such as power, telecommunication, oil-gas pipelines and other structures) and backfilling of abutment backs, culvert pier backs and retaining wall backs in highway engineering. The controllable low-strength material can be used for treating waste slag to reduce the pollutants and create available materials, thereby serving two ends.
