Method for preparing dry powder organic silicon water repellent microcapsules
The invention discloses a method for preparing dry powder organic silicon water repellent microcapsules. The method comprises the following steps: (1) dissolving chitosan powder in an aqueous solution of glacial acetic acid, dissolving sodium carboxymethyl cellulose in water, wherein the mass ratio of the chitosan to sodium carboxymethyl cellulose is (0.5-25):1; (2) dissolving polysiloxane and silane according to the mass ratio of (1-20):1 with an emulsifier in an organic solvent, adding the mixture into the solution in the step (1) at normal temperature, stirring, dispersing, thereby obtaining O/W type emulsion; (3) adding an inorganic carrier into the emulsion in the step (2), and carrying out an agglutination reaction; and (4) drying and screening the aggregate, thereby obtaining the dry powder organic silicon water repellent microcapsules of a certain fineness. The dry powder organic silicon water repellent microcapsules prepared by the invention have excellent fluidity and outstanding hydrophobicity, can be directly doped in a dry-mixed mortar material, have the effects of improving the water resistance and hydrophobicity, can be dispersed and have excellent suitability with water. The preparation method is easy to operate, low in cost and easy for industrial production.
