The invention discloses a manufacture process of a sound absorption plate for the subway rail. The manufacture process comprises the following steps: (1) proportioning the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of cement, 38 parts of broken stones, 30 parts of sand, 30 parts of fibers, 30 parts of a water reducing agent, and 50 parts of mixing water; and (2) preparing the raw materials according to the ratio, metering, and stirring uniformly at preset stirring speed for preset stirring time period in a preset water adding manner wherein a steel mold and a wood board are used as molds. The manufacture process of the sound absorption plate for the subway rail can be used for overcoming the defects that the ratio is unreasonable, the cost is high, the noise reduction effect is poor and the like in the prior art, and can be used for achieving the advantages of reasonable ratio, low cost and good noise reduction effect.
