Refractory finishing mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a refractory finishing mortar which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 3-5 parts of glycerol triglyceride, 30-40 parts of aluminum oxide powder, 3-5 parts of sodium tripolyphosphate, 2-4 parts of sodium methyl cellulose, 20-30 parts of bentonite, 1-2 parts of pine leaf oil, 1-2 parts of ascorbic acid, a right amount of water, 20-25 parts of assistant, 130-140 parts of cement, 140-160 parts of yellow sand, 50-60 parts of magnesium silicate and 40-50 parts of microporous calcium carbonate. By adding the aluminum oxide powder, magnesium silicate and microporous calcium carbonate, the mortar has excellent fire resistance. The mortar has the advantages of favorable dispersibility, favorable workability, no precipitation or stratification and favorable covering power. The assistant is utilized to enhance the compression resistance and folding strength of the mortar and improve the workability, anti-sagging property, thixotropy and antisettling property.
