Disclosed polymer-cement-based waterproof paint is composed of a polyacrylate dispersion, cement, fly ash, aluminium hydroxide, a water reducer, an antifoaming agent and an expanding agent. The polymer-cement-based waterproof paint is simple in preparation method, low in raw material price, not high in production equipment requirement and good in waterproof effect. Through determination, the polymer-cement-based waterproof paint has the adhesion degree of 0.9 or more after being subjected to water immersion, and is completely watertight on the aspect of water permeation resistance.
