The ceramic matrix composition comprises a base material, modified nano aluminum oxide particles, modified titanium dioxide particles, modified sepiolite micropowder, coal ash, barium carbonate, an organic adhesive, compound metal oxide powder, hollow glass beads, borax and vermiculite. By using the ceramic matrix composition, a forming substrate with good performances can be obtained through multiple steps and by adopting unique process parameters, so that the bone ash memorial box capable of containing bone ash can be obtained as an emotion carrier for giving expression to relative's grief.
