Gelcasted ceramic green body and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a gelcasted ceramic green body and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, taking deionized water as a solvent, adding a dispersing agent and a binder into deionized water, stirring for 5 min, and preparing a solution, wherein the mass ratio of the dispersing agent, the binder and deionized water is (0.0026-0.05):(0.001-0.03):1; then adding a ceramic powder into the solution, carrying out ball milling for 20-40 min, and thus obtaining a ceramic slurry, wherein the mass ratio of the ceramic powder to deionized water is (2.2-6.0):1; and then injecting the ceramic slurry into a mold, carrying out in-situ solidification for 3-12 h under a condition of the temperature of 30-70 DEG C, demolding, drying, and thus obtaining the gelcasted ceramic green body. The preparation method has the characteristics of simple preparation technology, easy controlled technology, low pollution of the preparation process, and low production cost; and the prepared ceramic green body has the advantages of smooth surface, high strength and large industrialized prospects.
