The invention discloses a preparation method of a carbon/carbon composite material. The preparation method of the carbon/carbon composite material comprises the following steps: preparing a carbon fabric perform, PIP dipping, carbonizing and cracking and carrying out graphitization treatment to obtain the carbon/carbon composite material. By controlling PAA resin curing and heating program, the implosion of the PAA resin is effectively avoided, so that the industrial application of the PAA resin to the PIP process is implemented.
