Binder for silicon carbide ceramic online reaction joint and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a binder for silicon carbide ceramic online reaction joint and a preparation method thereof. The composition of the binder for silicon carbide ceramic online reaction joint comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 25-35% of water, 5-7% of polyacrylamide, 1-2% of adhesive, 30-45% of silicon carbide micro-powder, 10-20% of silicon powder and 5-8% of carbon powder. The method comprises the following steps: (1) adding polyacrylamide in water, stirring to adequately dissolve polyacrylamide, and then adding the adhesive to prepare polyacrylamide solution; (2) sequentially adding Si powder, C powder and the silicon carbide micro-powder in the polyacrylamide solution to prepare slurry; (3) carrying out ball-milling on the slurry to obtain the binder. The binder disclosed by the invention has the same ingredients with a blank, thus avoiding the sintering deformation due to non-uniform ingredients; the solid content is proper, thus ensuring the flowability of the slurry; the water amount is proper, thus avoiding the reduction of a binding effect due to the too fast slurry absorption of the blank; moreover, the silicon powder and the carbon powder are added in the binder according to stoichiometric ratio, thus avoiding carbon enrichment or silicon enrichment in the sintered products.
