Antibacterial diatomite-purple sand compound filter ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides an antibacterial diatomite-purple sand compound filter ceramic and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively immersing diatomite and purple sand powder in a silver nitrate solution, wherein the silver nitrate solution fully permeates through holes of diatomite and purple sand powder; then, filtering and drying; mixing in a certain proportion; adding into an adhesive aqueous solution and uniformly mixing and stirring; grouting or pressing and moulding; and drying and sintering to obtain the antibacterial diatomite-purple sand compound filter ceramic. Silver ions which are uniformly distributed inside and on the surface of the filter ceramic have an effect of continuously killing bacteria. Meanwhile, the natural pore structure of diatomite, the double porous structure and the water activating effect of purple sands and the antibacterial effect of silver are organically combined, so that bacteria, fine particle impurities and the like in water are effectively removed.
