Method for preparing ceramic coating on surface of carbon/carbon composite material
The invention relates to a method for preparing a ceramic coating on the surface of a carbon/carbon composite material, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of a high-temperature structural material. The method comprises the following steps of: taking a carbon fiber integral felt as a preformed body; depositing pyrolytic carbon to obtain a C/C composite material with the density of 0.8-1.4 g/cm<3>, and then siliconizing to obtain a siliconized C/C composite material with the density of 1.7-2.1 g/cm<3>; then brushing coating on the siliconized C/C composite material by adopting a layer-by-layer brushing mode, wherein the coating comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 15%-60% of ZrB2 powder, 5%-35% of SiC powder, 10%-30% of Zr powder and 5%-20% of B powder; finally sintering to obtain a finished product. The method disclosed by the invention is simple in preparation process, can be used for regulating the components and thickness of the coating according to actual demand and has the advantages of good combination of a prepared coating and a substrate, compactness and no cracking of the surface of the coating and convenience for industrialization production and application.
