Self-sensing self-adapting pier support system
The invention discloses a self-sensing self-adapting pier support system which comprises a self-adapting vibration control portion and a self-sensing monitoring portion. The self-adapting vibration control portion comprises an upper steel disc, a lower steel disc, a magneto-rheological elastic body, a steel sheet, a reel, filling rubber and an excitation coil. The magneto-rheological elastic body and the steel sheet are arranged in a staggering mode. The excitation coil is arranged in the lower steel disc, the excitation coil is arranged on the reel, and the filling rubber is arranged between the upper steel disc and the lower steel disc. The magneto-rheological elastic body is a transverse anisotropic composite material formed by embedding magnetic particles into a polymer base body in a chain shape or a columnar shape. The self-sensing monitoring portion comprises an electric signal measuring device and a wireless transmitting device. The pier support integrates structure monitoring and self-adapting vibration control into one device and can control the dynamic characteristics of a bridge in real time and reduce adverse effects of various loads.
