An intelligent traffic control system with flashers is used for controlling the lane flow of a road, and comprises the road, a plurality of lane separation devices arrayed along lane separators in sequence, traffic flow sensors (993, 994 and 995) arranged in lanes, and a central processing unit (99); the road comprises at least three lanes, i.e. the first lane, the second lane and the third lane; each lane separation device comprises a communication control module (991) and two columns (2) arrayed in the lane separator direction; the upper ends of the two columns (2) are fixedly connected by a beam (1) extending in the lane separator direction; a plurality of outer bars (3) extending in the lane separator direction are fixedly arranged on the outer side of each of the two columns (2) from top to bottom.
