The invention discloses a one-column one-pile full-automatic hydraulic verticality adjusting system and method. The system comprises a laser inclinometer, a hydraulic verticality adjusting bracket, a hydraulic pump and a system control station, wherein the hydraulic verticality-adjusting bracket comprises a balancing steel frame and four lifting jacks; the outer side of the upper part of a steel column is sleeved by the balancing steel frame; the balancing steel frame is temporarily and rigidly connected with the steel column; the four corners of the balancing steel frame are respectively supported on the ground through the lifting jacks; the hydraulic pump is connected with the lifting jacks through fluid pipelines, and is connected with and controlled by the system control station; the laser inclinometer is mounted on one side of the upper end of the steel column, and can measure the verticality of the steel column; measured verticality information of the steel column is sent by the laser inclinometer to the system control station; the system control station sends a control command to the hydraulic pump according to the verticality information, so that the extension and retraction of the four lifting jacks can be controlled for adjustment of the surface levelness of the balancing steel frame, and the verticality of the steel column can further meet the requirements.
