Disclosed are a frame structure, a frame structure assembly and a prefabricating and constructing methods of the frame structure assembly. The frame structure is a composite structure made by perpendicularly combining and connecting at least two prefabricated frame members or perpendicularly combining and connecting at least one prefabricated frame member to other members. The frame structure comprises a wall structure, a plate structure and a wall plate structure. The frame structure assembly is a spatial structural assembly composed of the frame structures, serving as composite structures. The frame structure assembly composed of the frame structures has the structural performances such as light weight, high strength and good ductility and has construction performances such as prefabrication of large pieces, high assembly speed and convenience in connection; the frame structure assembly allows convenience for the application of optimized combined steel members and concrete members, allows flexibility for the application of prestressed reinforcement and allows convenience for the configuration of building partition walls and floors. The frame structure, the frame structure assembly and the prefabricating and constructing methods of the frame structure assembly are widely applicable to various civil buildings, especially residential buildings, hospital buildings, restaurant buildings and school buildings.
