The invention discloses a viscous damper input displacement rate increasing device which comprises a closed protection casing, a damper connecting piece, an acceleration transmission system, an input rod and an output rod. A damper input rod port and a connection rod are arranged on the damper connecting piece. A first input rod guide roller in contact with the bottom face of the input rod is arranged on the inner wall at the lower portion of the closed protection casing, and a first output rod guide roller in contact with the top face of the output rod is arranged on the inner wall of the upper portion of the closed protection casing. The acceleration transmission system comprises a dual gear, a straight gear, an input rod rack and an output rod rack. The dual gear is composed of a first gear and a second gear which are connected, the radius of the first gear is larger than that of the second gear, the first gear is meshed with the straight gear, the straight gear is meshed with the output rod rack, and the second gear is meshed with the input rod rack. The device can effectively improve the vibration control efficiency of the building structure when the deformation of the building structure is small or slow.
