The invention discloses a mimic fire-resistant glass curtain wall which comprises glass, a keel, an aluminum auxiliary frame, an auxiliary frame pressing plate, a first fastening bolt and first structural adhesive, wherein the glass is adhered with the aluminum auxiliary frame through the first structural adhesive and pressed on the keel; the first fastening bolt penetrates through the aluminum auxiliary frame and then is in fastening connection with the keel; the auxiliary frame pressing plate is tightly pressed on the aluminum auxiliary frame; an anti-fall piece, which is used for preventing the glass from falling when the first structural adhesive fails, is arranged on the keel; a transparent mimic board for covering the anti-fall piece is arranged on the outer side of the anti-fall piece. The curtain wall has the advantages of simple structure, attractive appearance, high safety and high stability.
