High-durability concrete structural element and manufacture method thereof
The invention provides a high-durability concrete structural element and a manufacture method thereof, and belongs to concrete elements and the manufacture method thereof. The element comprises fiber reinforced composite longitudinal bars, fiber reinforced composite cloth, structural steel, concrete and polyurea elastomer, wherein the fiber reinforced composite cloth winds the periphery of the fiber reinforced composite longitudinal bars to form a fiber reinforced composite cage, and the structural steel is arranged inside the fiber reinforced composite cage; the concrete is adopted to coat the fiber reinforced composite cage and the structural steel; the polyurea elastomer is arranged on the outer surface of the concrete coating layer. The fiber reinforced composite is adopted to replace reinforcing steel bars, and the polyurea elastomer coats the surface of the structural element to improve the durability of the structural element, and the structural steel is put inside the concrete to improve the ductility of the structural element, so that high-durability of the element can be achieved on the premise of guaranteeing the ductility of the element. The high-durability concrete structural element has the advantages of high durability, high ductility and excellent economy and processing process, and can be used for sufficiently exerting the mechanical performance of materials.
