The invention relates to a construction method of combining self-thermal insulation autoclaved aerated concrete blocks with an inorganic thermal insulation mortar. A self-thermal insulation block wall is build between reinforced concrete walls on the two sides and formed by laying the self-thermal insulation autoclaved aerated concrete blocks, wherein the length of the block is L; in the odd layers of blocks, the length of the head block and the tail block is less than L; in the even layers of blocks, gaps in the inner side surfaces of the head block and the tail block have the same length of the head block and the tail block in the odd layers of blocks; a gap is formed among the head block and the tail block of each layer of the blocks and the reinforced concrete wall and filled with soft stuff; the inner side surface of the reinforced concrete wall is coated with a cracking-resistance thermal-insulation layer, and the gaps, the inner side surfaces of the head blocks and the tail blocks of the odd layers of blocks and notches of the head blocks and the tail blocks of the even layers of blocks are also coated with the cracking-resistance thermal-insulation layer. The contraction deformation difference between the reinforced concrete wall and the self-thermal insulation wall is coordinated, so that thermal bridge portions are closely combined with the self-thermal insulation wall to form a whole body, wall cracking is prevented, and thermal insulation performance is guaranteed.
