The invention discloses a locking mechanism with a lock rod. The locking mechanism with the lock rod comprises a base, the lock rod, a first control rod and a second control rod, wherein the lock rod is slidably connected to the base; the first control rod and the second control rod are connected to the base; the lock rod is provided with a limiting block; the first control rod and the second control rod are arranged along the length direction of the lock rod; the first control rod is abutted to one side of the limiting block; the second control rod is abutted to the other side of the limiting block; one ends, which are in contact with the lock rod, of the first control rod and the second control rod are cam sections; and the first control rod and the second control rod are in threaded connection with the base. The lock rod is locked by the first control rod and the second control rod which are arranged on the base; the locking mechanism has an open structure; and the lock rod, the first control rod and the second control rod can be convenient to observe and repair. The first control rod and the second control rod are in threaded connection with the base and can rotate, the locking position can be adjusted by ascending or descending the cam sections of the first control rod and the second control rod, and the locking mechanism is quite convenient.
