A wood-clad aluminum sealing side frame of a door or window relates to the technical fields of doors and windows and is characterized by comprising an outer side aluminum frame, an inner side aluminum frame, rubber connecting pieces, an end surface wood frame and a side surface wood frame, wherein one side part of the inner side aluminum frame is connected with the outer side aluminum frame through the rubber connecting pieces; the opposite side part of the inner side aluminum frame is fixedly connected with the inner end side of the end surface wood frame through a fastener; and the side surface wood frame is connected with the outer side surface of the inner aluminum frame through a connecting piece. The wood-clad aluminum sealing side frame has the advantages of reasonable structure, convenience in use, high strength, high sealing effect, sound insulation, heat insulation and resistance to rainwater seepage.
