The invention discloses an automatic telescopic foldable suspended sun-shade window. The sun-shade window comprises a shutter which can be folded in a horizontal direction, a rail and a traction device; a connecting rod is fixed on the upper edge of the shutter, and the shutter is sliding fit with the rail in a longitudinal direction through the connecting rod, the traction device is used for driving the connecting rod to slide along the rail so as to enable the shutter to be folded or unfolded. The automatic telescopic foldable suspended sun-shade window can be suspended on a ceiling above a balcony or is provided with the special rail, so that the suitability is strong. When the window is used for shielding sunlight, the extending degree and the retracting degree or the angle of the shutter can be adjusted as needed so as to adjust a sun-shade effect, and when the window is folded, a space is occupied as less as possible, and the line of vision is not influenced.
