The invention relates to a built-in louver fixing device and a built-in louver fixing method. The built-in louver fixing device comprises two built-in louver fixing frames or fixing plates of a built-in louver and other parts of the built-in louver, and also comprises positioning glue and fixing glue, wherein the two built-in louver fixing frames or fixing plates are connected by an inserting and connecting element and are provided with elastic elements. The built-in louver fixing frames or fixing plates are positioned on glass by the positioning glue, so that the installation is convenient; and the built-in louver fixing frames or fixing plates are fixed on the glass by the fixing glue, so that the long-period use can be conveniently realized. The production efficiency and the finished product quality are improved; the service life of hollow glass with the built-in louver is prolonged; and the hollow glass with the built-in louver can be favorably popularized and used.
