The invention relates to a novel light-adjustable window blind. The novel light-adjustable window blind comprises a top frame, a side frame, a rotating shaft arranged in the top frame, and a row of blades moving up and down along with the rotation of the rotating shaft, wherein at least one of the blades except the uppermost blade is a movable blade; the movable blade comprises a support frame and an overturning blade, and the support frame comprises a side beam and a bottom beam; an arc-shaped hook is arranged at the lower end of the bottom beam; an internally connected hook is arranged at the top end of the overturning blade, and the internally connected hook of the overturning blade is capable of rotating along the inner cambered surface of the arc-shaped hook. The novel light-adjustable window blind is smart in design, and the movable blade can be opened when closing the window to guard against theft so as to realize aeration, ventilation and the like.
