The invention discloses a detachable ladder used for knockout towers, and a construction method thereof. The detachable ladder comprises a first precast steel slab, a second precast steel slab, first connecting pieces, and footboards; the first precast steel slab and the second precast steel slab are pre-embedded into a tower body wall in parallel; and the same sides of the first precast steel slab and the second precast steel slab are both provided with the same number of the first connecting pieces. The construction method of the detachable ladder used for knockout towers comprises following steps: the precast steel slabs are precast; the precast steel slabs are pre-embedded into the tower body wall in parallel; the first connecting pieces are fixed on the precast steel slabs; the footboards are arranged on the first connecting pieces; and second connecting pieces are used for fixing the first connecting pieces with the footboards. The detachable ladder is simple in design, is practical, and is easy to realize. According to the detachable ladder, the first connecting pieces are detachably connected with the footboards, and the first connecting pieces and the footboards are connected in a bolt pattern via the second connecting pieces, so that it is convenient for dismounting and maintenance.
