Paper-surface gypsum board production technology
The invention discloses a paper-surface gypsum board production technology. The technology adopting beta-semi-hydrated gypsum obtained after calcining of desulfurized gypsum in a rotary kiln as a main raw material comprises the following steps: mixing all main and auxiliary materials in a mixer to forma gypsum slurry, extruding through a forming machine to obtain gypsum boards with a required specification, carrying out initial setting on a setting belt, carrying out final setting on a conveying roller way, cutting through a fixed length cutter to form the gypsum boards with a needed length, distributing through a distributor to make the cut gypsum boards enter a drying machine, drying, heating through an oil guiding boiler, exchanging out hot air through a heat exchanger, and sending obtained products to the drying machine through a fan, and drying. The production technology has the advantages of simplicity and strong processing property, and paper-surface gypsum boards produced through processing have the characteristics of light weight, sound insulation and heat insulation.
