Fully polished ceramic tile production method
The invention discloses a fully polished ceramic tile production method. The method comprises the following steps: grinding alkali feldspar, calcite, quartz, wollastonite, kaolin and alumina, and drying to form powder; molding the dried powder by using a fully automatic tile press; drying molded green tiles to increase the strength of the green tiles in order to provide convenience for surface decoration; carrying out surface glazing and printing on the dried green tiles, and coating the printed green tiles with a transparent glaze for polishing; firing at 1100-1200DEG C, and controlling the product water content below 0.5% in order to reach a fully vitreous state; and carrying out glaze polishing through an elastic full polishing technology to prepare a finished product. The method is simple, and the surface of the finished product is bright, soft and hard, and resists wear.
