The invention provides a sloping caisson breakwater with a supporting pile and a downward-inserted box. The sloping caisson breakwater with the supporting pile and the downward-inserted box is characterized in that a plurality of supporting pile holes are formed in a sloping caisson body; a supporting pile for supporting the sloping caisson body is arranged in each supporting pile hole and passes through the underwater soft soil layer to be inserted into an underwater bearing layer; the downwards-inserted box which is inserted below the underwater mud face is arranged on the lower surface of a bottom plate of the sloping caisson body, wherein the downwards-inserted box is an inverted quadrate box body of which the lower part is opened. According to the sloping caisson breakwater with the supporting pile and the downward-inserted box, the supporting piles and the downwards-inserted box improve the loading capacity of the sloping caisson in the vertical and horizontal directions, so that the caisson cannot be settled or deformed, the use requirement is met, the work of treating the caisson foundation is avoided, the cost of foundation treatment is decreased, and the stability of the caisson is improved; the building materials are decreased, the construction efficiency is high, the manufacturing cost is low, the investment is small, the construction cycle is short, and therefore, the caisson is particularly suitably constructed on a soft soil foundation.
