The invention discloses a double-drainage control mechanism of a light-touch drain valve and a double-drainage control method thereof. The double-drainage control mechanism comprises a base, a float bowl module and a starting module, wherein the starting module comprises a first starting switch and a second starting switch, the float bowl module is movably installed and connected to a valve body and is in drive connection with the starting module, a flowing channel is formed in the float bowl module and is communicated with inside and outside of the float bowl module, and the starting module control the flux of the flowing channel. The first starting switch is operated to drive the float bowl module to rise, a small flowing channel is opened through the starting module, the resultant force subjected by the float bowl module is influenced by the small flowing channel and accordingly first displacement is achieved. The second starting switch is operated to drive the float bowl module to rise, a large flowing channel is opened through the starting module, the resultant force subjected by the float bowl module is influenced by the small flowing channel and accordingly second displacement is achieved. The light-touch drain valve can achieve double-gear drainage and is simple in structure, high in feasibility and good in drainage stability.
