Disclosed is an intelligent light sensing flushing device. The intelligent light sensing flushing device comprises a controller and a light sensing device, the controller is installed on a flushing closestool, the light sensing device comprises a human body sensor and a water body sensor, the human body sensor detects whether a person is in front of the flushing closestool or not, the water body sensor detects transparency of water in the flushing closestool, a microprocessor in the controller is connected with the human body sensor and the water body sensor, and the microprocessor controls a water valve of a water tank of the flushing closestool. According to the intelligent light sensing flushing device, flushing can be performed according to whether the person is in front of the flushing closestool, flushing can also be performed according to cleanness of water in the closestool, double judgment stimulation is achieved, and when the human body sensor does not detect that the person is in front of the closestool, water with low transparency can be flushed after the person goes to the toilet so that the closestool can keep clean.
